Mustard Digital, offers a range of email related services. We are an anti-spam company and always send 100% opt-in messages from ourselves and on behalf of our clients. This privacy policy is our commitment to our clients.

Information about You

We will NEVER pass on any information we collect on our website and associated microsites to a third party.

Information Collection & Use
In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, 1998 we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us or our clients, to prevent unauthorised access. Any data we collect on behalf of our clients is owed by our clients solely. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties.

Mustard Digital Newsletter Communications
We send a monthly newsletter to our clients. All recipients who no longer wish to receive this newsletter can click the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of each email.

Cookies
We do not hold information about you or place cookies on your computer in order to recognise you when you return to our site. Our clients may use cookies in order to recognise you and offer you a better and easier online experience with them. Where they can recognise the computer you are logging on from we will acknowledge your User ID. This is done using 'cookies' and means you do not have to enter your User ID each time you log on. If your computer has not been set up to allow cookies you will need to enter both items of data when you logon. Configuration of your browser enables you to amend the set up of your cookie details.

Website Security
We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information which you send to us, and you do so at your own risk. However our web site and associated sites are held on dedicated and secure server at the London offices of our Web Hosting Provider and has a protective Firewall for additional security.

Notification of Changes to our Privacy Policy
When a change to our privacy policy or use of personally identifiable information occurs, we will post this information on our web site. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected. If, we are going to use users' personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email. Users will then have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this new manner.

Service Announcements
On occasion we may find it necessary to send out service related announcements. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. These communications are NOT promotional in nature and users may opt-out of these communications.
